Finance - Sewer/Solid Waste Billings

Utility Bills are issued four times a per year, on a quarterly basis, for sewer and solid waste, and are due within 30 days from the date of issuance.

Delinquent Sewer Bill Ordinance
As a means of protecting taxpayers, Ordinance 2011-08 was enacted to assist with collecting outstanding sewer bills from delinquent property owners. Several hundred property owners lack in payment of their sewer bills. As a result, responsible property owners who pay their bills on time are unfairly subsidizing those who do not. In addition to filing liens, Ordinance 2011-08 authorizes shut off of the water supply to those households who are more than thirty days late with their sewer payments.
