JUNE CONCERTS - LMT has made the difficult decision to cancel June concerts due to COVID-19. With all the uncertainty, we are not able to host these events in a way that we can assure everyone’s safety. Information on July and August concerts will be posted at a later date, based on guidelines from the State and the CDC.
GARDEN PLOT PROGRAM - Plots are approximately 20’ x 30’ and are offered for rental on Bogie Avenue for $30.00 to Lower Macungie Township residents and $40.00 to non-LMT residents. Because the LMT Community Center is currently closed to the public, garden plot registration forms are available online. Please click on this link to download the form. Please mail completed form with a check payable to Lower Macungie Township. We will assign a plot to you and mail a packet of information, along with your garden plot number that has been assigned to you.
Due to the decline in gardeners during 2019, LMT is eliminating the garden plots at Camp Olympic. All available garden plots will now be located at Bogie Avenue. Both residents and non-residents will be able to rent garden plots at Bogie.
If you rented a garden plot at Bogie or at Camp Olympic during the 2019 gardening season, you will be able to secure a plot for the 2020 season between February 3, 2020 and February 28, 2020. If you had a plot at Bogie during 2019 you will be able to reclaim that plot for the 2020 gardening season. If you had a plot at Camp Olympic during the 2019 gardening season you will be able to select from Bogie plots which were not rented during the 2019 gardening season. Beginning March 2, 2020 all Bogie garden plots will be rented on a first come, first served basis.
